The TGIF Summer Concert Series continues in downtown Morganton on the historic courthouse square on Friday, May 17th. Food and beverage vendors open at 6 p.m. and the performance starts at 7 .pm. (goes until 10 p.m.). The concert is free to attend and open to the public. This week's band is Sunset Strip. Be ready to party like it is the summer of 1987 all over again. Enjoy all the crazy, face-melting hair metal and arena rock hits as you relive the best summer nights of your life while rocking the night away with Sunset Strip.
